How will my print be protected for safe delivery to me?

    Your print will be carefully protected in archival Glassine paper and shipped flat or rolled/tubed via UPS Ground. (No frame included)

Shipping Information:

Can you ship prints internationally?

    Currently we can only ship to addresses located in the continental USA. If you are interested in International shipping please let us know... prints@taddmyers.com

How long will it take for me to receive my print?

    Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing (plus transit time)

    We ship most orders via UPS Ground and typically should arrive within 3-5 business days once UPS acquires the package (depending on the recipient address)

Sales Tax:

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We will charge Texas State Sales Tax if the delivery address is within the state of Texas. Delivery addresses outside the state of Texas will not be charged Texas Sales Tax.

Refunds & Exchanges:

What about exchanges & refunds?

We want you to be satisfied with the purchase of your new print! This is why we will accept returns for 15 days after delivery. In this time you may return the purchased print for a full refund (shipping cost is non-refundable) or exchange it for a different one of the same price.
